FAQ

A few things parents ask us.

Still wondering about something? We're happy to help at hi@lukibaby.com.

What is Luki?
Luki is an all-in-one baby app. It tracks feeds, naps, diapers, medicine, and milestones, learns your baby’s rhythm to gently predict what may come next, and keeps age-matched guidance, trends, records, and caregiver catch-ups in one calm place.
How do Luki’s predictions work?
As you log sleep and feeds, Luki learns from your baby’s age and recent rhythm to estimate what may come next. The app labels these as gentle best guesses—not a rigid schedule or a guarantee.
Who can join my Care Circle?
A partner, nanny, family member, or anyone else you trust with care. Parents, nannies, and family can log updates; a Viewer role can follow along without changing the timeline.
Does Ask Luki give medical advice?
No. Ask Luki can help you understand everyday care logs, explore age-appropriate ideas, and prepare questions, but it provides general information only. For medical decisions or urgent concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
Is my family’s data private?
Your baby's information is shared only with the people you invite to your household. For details about storage, access, and deletion, read our Privacy Policy.
Which devices does Luki support?
Luki is available now for iPhone. Android is coming soon.
