Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Luki. Please read them carefully — by using Luki, you agree to them.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luki (“Luki”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by StackSpace Software Development Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Luki is a mobile application and related service that may provide:

  • Baby activity logging such as feeds, diapers, sleep, notes, pumping, growth and vaccines
  • Baby and care details, hand-off summaries, and care-circle sharing
  • Paid subscriptions and a free trial

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Luki. You are responsible for any baby and care information you enter, and you confirm you are a parent, legal guardian or an authorized caregiver of the child whose information you add.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account and credentials
  • Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us at hi@lukibaby.com of unauthorized access or suspected misuse

4. Care circle and shared data

When you invite others to your household, they can view and contribute to the same baby data and activity timeline, and you may be able to see information they add. You are responsible for who you invite and the roles you assign. Only invite people you trust with your family’s information. Anyone you invite must also comply with these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of law or regulation
  • Upload harmful, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content
  • Interfere with the Service, its security, or its availability
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Luki. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process that content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you and your care circle.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate the rights of others.

7. Medical disclaimer

Luki is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in Luki — including any reminders, charts or summaries — is for your convenience only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about your child’s health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, branding, features, and functionality, excluding user content, are owned by Luki or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without permission
  • Use our name, branding, or marks without written consent
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Luki, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

10. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Luki may require a paid subscription. Luki offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (“Premium”), which may begin with a free trial. If you purchase access:

  • You authorize the applicable app store or payment platform to charge your selected payment method
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
  • You can manage or cancel store subscriptions through the app store account used for purchase
  • Deleting the app or deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription
  • Pricing, billing periods, free trials, and included features are shown at the time of purchase

Refunds for app store purchases are processed by the applicable app store according to its policies, not by Luki directly.

11. Third-party services

Luki may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, subscription platforms, and app stores. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Apple App Store terms

If you access Luki through the Apple App Store, your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable Usage Rules and the Apple Standard EULA unless a separate custom EULA is expressly provided. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKI AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the Service, created risk for us or others, or where continued operation is no longer practical. You may stop using Luki at any time and may delete your account through available account settings.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer, data-protection or other laws of the country where you live, the courts located in the Republic of the Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies you may have under applicable local law that cannot be waived by contract.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Luki regarding your use of the Service.
