Common questions
- How do I invite my care circle?
- In the app, open Care circle and create an invite code, then share it with your partner, nanny or family. They enter the code to join your household.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed through the app store where you purchased. Manage or cancel them anytime from that store account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription by itself.
- How do I restore a purchase?
- Open the app’s subscription or settings screen and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account you used for the original purchase.
